The iPhone Dev Team has publish Quickpwn and PwnageTool 2.2.5 for the iPhone/iPodTouch 2.2.1.

If you have already jailbreak your phone and you want not lose all your apps... install AptBackup with Cydia.
Launch it and make a backup.
Next sync your phone with iTunes and only after, update your iPhone firmware...
After the update... launch quickpwn.
Now launch a restore (with a right click on the iphone in iTunes)
Install AptBackup again... and launch a restore ...

It will download all you prefered applications and reinstall your settings.

Si vous avez déjà jailbreaké votre téléphone et que vous ne voulez pas perdre toutes vos applications, installez AptBackup depuis Cydia.
Lancez le puis faite un Backup.
Synchronisez votre iPhone avec iTunes, et seulement après, lancer la mise à jour du firmware.
Après la mise à jour, lancer QuickPwn.
Faites ensuite une restauration (clic droit sur l'iPhone dans iTunes)
Puis réinstallez AptBackup de nouveau et cette fois lancez l'option Restore....

Celà va téléchargere toutes vos applications préférées et réinstaller vos préférences.
